What type of functionality should you be looking for?

Having copy, print, & scanning are standard. The optional features to enquire about is faxing and finishing.
What happens if I’m already in a lease?
There are options! Contact your Ricoh representative to learn more about your options.

How do I know what my congregation’s usage is?

If you don’t know how many copies you do, think about how many packages of paper you go through in a month. Each package is 500 sheets. Simply multiply this through.

What length of lease should I be looking for?

Typically there are 36, 48, & 60 months leases. Anything longer than 60 months is not recommended especially with technology products.

What are Lease versus maintenance fees?

A lease is the cost of using the device while the price of each copy is the maintenance, which usually includes, complete coverage for all parts, labor, drum, toner regular and emergency maintenance.
